Walnut oil is used regularly due to its pleasant taste and many positive physiological effects. It can be used in salads (apple, pear, blue cheese, camembert, celery), cakes, fruit soups as well as mixed in plain or fruit yoghurt. It is ideal for cheese dishes when having a glass of wine with friends. You can use it for seasoning your meals afterwards as well. Do not use it for frying or cooking, as this oil should not be heated.
