Éva Bezzegh's large-format book focuses on salads. Why salads? Because they are quick, simple, nutritious, and aesthetic – thus satisfying all modern dining needs. Most of the time, you don't even need to know how to cook to make them.

This beautifully illustrated and designed book guides the reader through the world of dishes based on seasonal vegetables and fruits, traveling through the most beautiful regions of Hungary with 8 recipes each month for a whole year. The stunning photographs by talented young photographer Renáta Török-Bognár, the graphic work by Eszter Laki, and the unique creations of contemporary ceramic artist Tünde Ruzicska elegantly illustrate the author's writings. It's no surprise that the book won a silver award at the world's largest juried design competition, the A' Design Award and Competition.

The book speaks to young and middle-aged, cooking-loving and knowledgeable, well-traveled urban women and men, to those not necessarily interested in traditional baking and cooking but open to light dishes and varied flavors, to beginners and experts, and to those for whom aesthetics and a unique book experience are equally important.
