Due to its high content of essential fatty acids it can contribute to the strengthening nad flexibility of cell walls as well as enhancing memory and mental activities. It also has a strong antibacterial effect.

Mustard seed oil adds heat to the body and causes local congestion, it can therefore be used externally to ease rheumatic and joint diseases, in the form of a compress or rubbing. When added to a warm footbath, even mixed with milk to help it dissolve, it can also be useful in case of colds.

Grapoila Mustard Seed Oil has won the Great Taste award in 2020 (The Great Taste Award is the most famous food tasting contest in the world based on blind testing).
