Organic Sunflower Oil: A yellow-colored oil with a toasted sunflower scent. One of the most well-known and widely used oils in our country, in its cold-pressed form. It is excellent for medium heat cooking and frying but should not be overheated for too long. Ideal for traditional Hungarian dishes, salads, cold platters, and mayonnaise preparation.
Eastern Oil Mix: Our esteemed partner, Eisberg, known for their salads, approached us with a request to develop an oil dressing to enhance the flavors of the “Chickpea Salad Bowl.” The resulting Eastern-flavored oil mix was so perfectly balanced that it earned two stars from the Great Taste expert jury, in addition to being a favorite among Eisberg salad bowl consumers! The golden blend of sesame and corn oil was simply deemed "divine" by the jury, and its pleasant flavor profile—sweet, salty, tender, with a "green" note—made it a highly desired addition to their kitchens. The unique characteristic of this oil blend is that it is not only great for seasoning salads but also excellent for cooking, as its components have "heat-resistant" properties, making it ideal for Eastern dishes and wok-fried delicacies.
Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil: The newest version of Grapoila’s pumpkin seed oil made from roasted seeds. The production process remains cold-pressing, but the seeds are gently roasted beforehand. While this heat treatment may slightly reduce the amount of heat-sensitive vitamins and nutrients, it enhances the culinary experience. The oil made from roasted seeds offers a unique flavor experience, with the roasting process deepening and accentuating the flavor of the pumpkin seed oil, making it more pronounced. This oil was so successful that as soon as it appeared on both real and virtual store shelves in the Anglo-Saxon market, it immediately earned a star at the Great Taste Awards. According to the jury, "Its wonderful aroma immediately invites you to taste it. The oil smoothly runs across the palate, while the nutty pumpkin seed flavor mixes with the roasted aroma, developing beautifully without becoming too intense."
Salad Oil Mix: This oil blend was created with the collaboration of a dietitian and a chef. Our goal was to bring an oil dressing to consumers' tables that not only enhances the flavor of salads but also boosts their nutritional value. What can an oil dressing add to healthy and nutritious vegetables and fruits? We designed the Grapoila Salad Oil to enrich salads, cold platters, and dishes with a significant amount of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, and other antioxidant nutrients in an optimal ratio. Ingredients: cold-pressed corn germ oil, sunflower oil, hemp oil, and flaxseed oil.
