Our flour is made from hull-less pumpkin seeds grown through organic farming. Pumpkin seed flour has a characteristic "pumpkin seed" taste and aroma, with a vibrant green color. The gluten-free pumpkin seed flour is especially recommended for those following a vegan diet due to its exceptionally high protein content, including eight essential amino acids, making its amino acid profile nearly perfect. It is also low in carbohydrates and fats, making it suitable for low-energy diets.
