The de-fatted pistachio flour is an excellent gluten-free ingredient and a real gourmet delicacy. The non-roasted pistachios are de-fatted using a natural method - their oil is pressed out - and then ground into flour. The greenish-colored pistachio flour can be used as a base flour, for example, for pancakes, pies, or cake doughs, but it can also be mixed into smoothies, muesli, or porridge. It is an excellent source of protein, vitamins (A, B, C), minerals (calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, manganese, selenium, fluorine, copper), and fiber.
