Harrer & Grapoila Vegan "chocolates"
Not sure what seed flour is doing in chocolate? Something special!
We've teamed up with the founders of the chocolate factory Harrer Chocolat in Sopron, and created something that has never existed before! Imagine a creamy, gourmet, colourful, white chocolate-like dessert bar! But, it is different, because it's vegan, gluten-free and made from 100% natural ingredients. Instead of powdered milk, it contains seed flour (a delicious, low-fat seed powder), as well as cocoa butter and sugar, possibly accompanied by a little seed, fruit or spice.
Unlike other vegan white chocolates on the market, there is no oat, coconut or rice milk powder in the bars, but only our natural, gluten-free flours instead. In case of each version (poppy, sunflower seed, apricot kernels and pumpkin seeds), the fine seed flours add a wonderful, distinctive colour and aroma to the crunchy but beautifully melting chocolate-like desserts.
We also call them ECO bars, as they are environmentally friendly in more ways. Harrer is a bean-to-bar manufactory, even the cocoa butter is sustainably sourced. The seed flours are the result of Grapoila's zero waste production method (all by-products are upcycled). These chocolate delicacies contain no cocoa mass, they really are like white chocolate in appearance and texture. Cocoa beans, that usually come from far places of the world are replaced by domestic seeds, which makes the new Harrer & Grapoila "chocolates" even more sustainable.
