Walnut oil is not only tasty and healthy but its high vitamin E content also has a skin-nourishing effect. It is especially good for dry and cracked skin. It contains linoleic acid that strengthens the immune system.
Walnut oil can be used in salads (along with apple, pear, blue cheese, camembert, or celery), cakes, fruit soups as well as mixed in a plain or fruit yogurt. You can use it to flavor your meals afterward as well but avoid heating it!
